I have studied and worked with a variety of energy healing modalities such as Reiki, Quantum Touch, Core Transformation and Matrix Energetics. The healing work I currently practice encapsulates a synthesis of these modalities. In essence these methods really serve as a connection point, and are engaged as and when intuited as appropriate. I also use a small amount of shamanic process for clearing and strengthening of the energy field.

An often discussed question is “who is really doing the healing”? Healing encompasses three elements of consciousness that work in unison, and all are effectively “the healer”. These three elements of consciousness are the client, the practitioner and the quantum field of limitless potential - some may refer to this as the field of energy that flows from the One Divine Being, the Godhead or simply Source.

Healing is enabled most profoundly when there is trust and willingness to let go on behalf of the client, and where there is awareness and a state of being held by the practitioner, to be a clear conduit for the flow of healing energy and light.

This work helps with overcoming blockages within oneself, allows buried emotional issues to surface and to be cleared – allowing for an opening up of a greater potential and deeper levels of transformation within you.

Quite often pain and illness conditions can be manifestations of something that is out of balance on a deeper level. Working on the mental, emotional and spiritual level is always a first step. However, remember that you are also the alchemist and the work I do helps to empower you, by creating awareness, so that you may move closer to becoming a master of your own energy.
